“I've been going to Dr. Hayre for many years. Today I just finished up an appointment to have a keratosis removed from my head (yes, in my hair). Dr. Hayre was her usual reassuring self, the procedure was entirely painless. Her staff removed enough hair to get the job done - but not enough so that I cannot hide the spot while the hair grows back. Dr. Hayre removed the keratosis and I didn't feel a thing. Overall this experience underscores why my husband and I go back to Cosmetic Dermatology Center time and again: We appreciate the professionalism, friendliness, and expertise we experience. “I've been coming to Dr. Lily for years and she is an absolute lifesaver. She is the most knowledgeable and straightforward provider that I have seen for skincare and I have seen such improvement with my skin. The nursing assistants and front desk are always so nice and quick! While McLean dermatology is more expensive than others in the area. I definitely prefer to go here because of how knowledgeable and skilled all of the practitioners are. The office rarely offers promotions outside of their Black Friday bank buy Botox for a discount. They do send a newsletter each month which I always look out for in case they decide to offer anything and or if they have some featured tips. The outside of the office doesn't indicate that you are entering anything special, however, the office is incredibly well decorated and very cute! You will feel extremely comfortable entering the space!“

“It's never easy having to go to a new doctor for something outside of your control. With my insurance I have through work, I have some great options. I put in the type of doctor I want and if they are covered, I am free to go to them. That's just what I did here after being able to compare and see reviews posted by other patients. I did a majority of my stuff online before showing up here. But I still had some paperwork to do when I showed up. Checking in was pretty easy and refreshing. I did all my 'paperwork' on an iPad and it was kind of great that there wasn't any pen and paper involved. Once paperwork was done, I was back in the exam room. Nurse came in and did the preliminary. Then the doctor came in and did the once over and confirmed what I had thought. The doctor gave me options and did not pressure me one way or the other. I went with the one option that would probably take a bit more time. Even though it is a bit out there, I know when I have a follow up and I was able to plan accordingly to accommodate. If I am treated as well as I was during my first visit, I look forward to all follow up visits.“
