What a great experience - Amy was detailed oriented with explanations and descriptions of exercises and equipment. She was very patient while working with me and showed and demonstrated a large variety of exercises for my particular goal.The gym is spacious and open so you don't feel crowded in like in some places and it' well lit with windows for added light :)
My wife and I are long time participants at 1TO1 Fitness. We look forward to each session, feel more energy, and achieve our daily physical activities without stress or injury. We both highly recommend 1TO1 Fitness for everyone.
Love this place. All the trainers are great. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. People of all ages workout here. The gym is well organized and clean and bathrooms have more than all one needs to get ready. It has been the ideal solution for me for accountability on my workouts 2-3 times per week. Five stars from me.
