very professional. we were without ac for 3 months. our home warranty wanted to keep sending different companies out to "repair" a system that clearly needed to be replaced. Cook's came out one day and handled everything for us. they took over the fight to get our system replaced 100%. they installed our new system in about 6 hours instead of a day and a half. they cleaned up everything when they were done. they always answer the phone or call back. great people to deal with!! thank you COOK'S!!!
I am so thankful on this Thanksgiving day to have found Cook's. I arrived for the holiday yesterday to find no heat. I was a nice day, but it was still cold inside. Late in the afternoon I called with very spotty cell service and left a message...unsure if any of it went through. Not long later, I got a text saying the could not reach me but they could come out if I got back to them. I texted and provided my address and later two of the nicest young men came to our rescue. I cannot say enough about Cook's response time, attention to customer service and professionalism. I am keeping their number and they will be my go to for any future service needs. Long over due review but better late than never. Brand new to the area i was installing a two zone split unit system and had no idea which hvac company to pick. i chose cooks from searching online and saw they were local.From start to finish they were amazing to work with being Family run with the father and two sons completing the entire job. the two sons were extremely professional and respectful. Did everything they promised including removing my old furnace from the house. this job was in June 2020 and now in October the a/c worked incredible all summer. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
