This service exceeded all expectations. Carlos the manager was communicative both on the front end and the back end of the appointment. The service agent, Marco, was able to remove extremely difficult watermarks on my sofa. On top of doing a fantastic job. He was so cheerful and truly brightened my day. Would recommend to anyone.

They were amazing, clean and super nice to work with. I have a couch that cost a lot of money that I bought 6 years ago, we have had many family and friends gathers, and the couch looked like we had. But Steve’s chem dry came over and “viola” it looks new and smells great. All spots and stains gone.They also cleaned all our carpets and they look amazing , and the whole house smalls wonderful.Thank you Carlos and Nelson what a true professional team ?

I am so grateful for Steven’s Chem-Dry, they are prolonging the life of my very old carpets. Marco did an amazing job, is super kind and a great communicator. I appreciated that he always called when he was on the way and took his time to ensure the job was executed well. I also took advantage of the texting option to get my quote and ask any questions - they are very responsive!We had an older cat that recently just crossed the rainbow bridge and was having accidents on the carpet, some areas we didn’t even know about. Marco was able to identify all those spots with a black light and treated the areas a week prior to the cleaning.Our carpets look and smell so fresh... read full review
