My dog was due for his rabies and distemper shot that was scheduled with a vet tech. We arrived was taken right back did not have to wait but a couple minutes they came in gave him his shots and we were done. It was the fastest appointment ever and that's the way I like to roll.
Our pup had a treatment done and our insurance company evaluated that the service was not covered through insurance. There was back and forth for 3 months with the service covered, including an appeal. Anna and the team stood beside us all the way through resolution and an overturn in the decision from the insurance company. We can not thank SHAC for the support they gave and the involvement they provided to get this resolved. SHAC is top notch!!!!
