I have completely satisfied with the work Shaw Services completed at our condo over the past two years. Their installation of a whole new carrier system went seamlessly two years ago, with Donny providing guidance on how to maintain the system for optimum efficiency. Also, to ensure we take the best care of this outstanding system, we subscribed to the bi-annual maintenance agreement. Donny has since continued to show up on time and keep us thankfully cool in the summer and toasty in the winter. I’ve also never felt like I was being upsold or taken advantage of. And I’m glad to patronize a local, family-owned small business. Completely recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about Shaw and specifically our technician Ryan. He diagnosed our odd HVAC issues and was able to fix them. Plus he answered all our questions (first time home owners) and gave us recommendations to make our future with our HVAC system easier. We definitely will be having Shaw come out again to boot up our AC unit come spring time!
