SC Companies has been my contractor of choice for several properties. We have used SC Companies for small projects like cleaning a clubhouse up to larger projects such as water mitigation, unit rebuilds, power washing of condo buildings, inspection and repairing of decks. Wow! Amazing! Excellent Work! SC Companies stepped in when my rental house was flooded and needed to be completely redone from the walls down through the floors and the crawl space. Kitchen and bathrooms had to be redone as well. The entire project was over $100,000.
