Wow! Amazing! Excellent Work! SC Companies stepped in when my rental house was flooded and needed to be completely redone from the walls down through the floors and the crawl space. Kitchen and bathrooms had to be redone as well. The entire project was over $100,000. I could not be happier with the customer service and the quality of the work of SC Companies' staff, from the office staff to project manager and the craftsmen. So flexible and professional. SC Companies managed the insurance work to ensure that I received a fair compensation for the work to be done (I can't imagine the time, effort and mistakes if I had done it myself). The project manager and staff recommended upgrades to my 1958 house and other much needed improvements that were not covered by the insurance, all at a fair price. The craftsmen really did a fantastic job - they were precise, careful, helpful, and easy to work with. They kept an eye on the house during this 10 month process, which was much appreciated. The project manager and staff kept the insurance and the government inspection processes flowing. And the project manager and staff kept me informed of everything, especially important since I no longer live in the area. To top it off, they have upheld all warranties and quickly repaired the minor issues that have popped up, as one would expect with such a large job. It was a big leap of faith to entrust the complete renovation of my house to SC Companies and I couldn't be happier with the results. As a woman, I especially appreciated the respect given by all of the staff - an attitude that I don't often find in this line of work. I would strongly recommend SC Companies for any kind of mold remediation and home repairs.
