Nice car wash, I love self serves and this one does work. I do wish the high pressure soap had more soap, i dont use the foaming brush for some of my cars and the high pressure soap barely has soap in it. I wish that people wouldn't detail their car after washing in the wash bays. Lack of enforcement waiting 15 minutes while someone wiped down their car after washing blocking the bay up.

In the area shopping so decided to grab a self car wash. They don't seem to have them in Alexandria. I had to wait a little but eventually got in the bay. I was having issues with the machine and it took my 10 dollars. A guy was helping me but he ended up helping other customers. I couldn't find him. I ended up finding an email on one of the reviews and got in touch with Jay. He was easy to talk to and I was able to get my money back. I would come here next time but maybe will just use my credit card for now on. Thanks for your help Jay!

It’s hard for me to give any place 1 star but this was close. The touchless wash is NOT worth your money. At $14 for the Works I expected at least the car to be wet. But the back side doesn’t even look like it was touched. I drive a small SUV so what gives? Also, the running boards weren’t touched as well. Hard to think that the setup for the touchless Wash is this poor but maybe the owner should take a look at it and see if it needs to be reconfigured to clean parts of a vehicle that are clearly missed. Good luck to those who try this one…
