Sal, is a professional. I had a scheduling conflict and couldn't make it to his shop. He met me and provided me with a loaner at no cost. He also performed diagnostics on my laptop for $0 (It costs $100 just for diagnostics at other places). I'm very satisfied with his services and would recommend him to friends and family always. I later found out he sells laptops at affordable prices too.

I'm a gamer and my hardrive crashed this morning. I was freaking out because I dont know anything about computers I just play on them. Level 1 solutions not only fixed my computer SAME DAY. My computer was picked up from my home! Communication was awesome I was never left in the dark about anything that was going on. I highly HIGHLY reccomend!
