Sal, is a professional. I had a scheduling conflict and couldn't make it to his shop. He met me and provided me with a loaner at no cost. He also performed diagnostics on my laptop for $0 (It costs $100 just for diagnostics at other places). I'm very satisfied with his services and would recommend him to friends and family always. I later found out he sells laptops at affordable prices too.
