I reached out to them to do a simple door repair. They wanted $150 to inspect and otherwise suggested the cost would be open ended. He was snarky and rude. He is also using expletives and was exhibiting what I consider to be very odd behavior.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I reached out to JS to do some work in my second bedroom and my second bedrooms bathroom. I inquired about some thing in my shower, and he offered to do it off the books (the tub faucet and the showerhead). I was very grateful at the time. A couple weeks later when the shower first got used it caused a leak in my kitchen underneath the second bedroom bathroom. And it turns out that it was the installation of the faucet that caused it. It was not installed correctly and this was discovered by a second Handyman coming in.
