Went on Saturday to pick up a guitar and the hours are 11am -7pm. When I got there at 4 30 there was no open sign and the door was locked. Makes things very difficult when I can't even trust the open hours.

Friendly staff... doing virtual instruction for now. Matt's Guitars is next door and is open for business.

Bad service and you won’t learn anything here.
