Units at my business on DuPont, and finally they did a brand new HVAC unit at my primary residence. The job at DuPont was a commercial one, so they had to use a crane. My landlord was beyond happy with the finished project.

“Brooks Heating and Air provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision regarding my dying furnace. They fully explained my part replacement needs and likely reasons for the failure. I also received information on recommendations for replacement systems (not a pushy sales-call, just options for replacing/upgrading existing furnace). The technician inspecting/servicing my furnace was extremely informed. He was more than happy to answer any and all questions. “Extraordinary annual maintenance service appointment. Brian, the technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. He identified (and fixed) issues that other firms had overlooked. The customer interface (Text, email,, website) was easy and responsive. I went with KCS after my past HVAC company was absorbed by a larger and less personable company. The bigger company was unresponsive and sent out less reliable technicians. I saw KCS working in the neighborhood and called them after watching them work on a neighbor's system. Best decision I've made in a long time. Totally recommend KCS for your HVAC support.“

“Called to report that our heat was out at 4PM. Andrew called us (after hours) to tell us we would hear from dispatcher early AM to tell us when a crew could come out. Mark called at 7AM to tell us that our crew was en route. Curtis and Jose arrived at 8AM, diagnosed the problem immediately, drove to Sterling and back with the new part and installed it in 15 minutes. “I received stellar service from Amanda and Nathan at Parrish Services from start to finish. I called them for a second opinion after another company told me my HVAC system was dead and irreparable, offering no explanation, and my only option was to buy an entirely new system - with options of $10K or $12K ("and there is only one available, so you better act now"). Nathan arrived early the next morning and took his time doing diagnostics, explaining to me what he was doing every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and explained what the problems were and what he was doing to remedy them. He got my system back up and running in and stuck around until he knew it was steady. I was fully prepared to buy a new system anyway within the next few months and asked Nathan for estimates, but he told me that likely would not be necessary for another several years. This type of honesty and integrity is hard to come by these days. I cannot recommend Parrish Services enough and will be using them for all of my future HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs (I just moved into an older condo with MANY needs that keep surfacing, so be ready for my calls!!)“

“I have to share a recent interaction my family had with Air-Right Design. My mom, who recently passed, had worked with Air-Right for many, many years for her plumbing needs and was always very happy with their service and technicians. All I have to say, they went above and beyond for her knowing she was a single elderly person. They were very kind. I was in town with other family this past week/weekend and we ran into some well/plumbing issues at her house. I called and they were super quick to come out, we thought we had the issues identified, but it ended up being something else, they came right back out an hour after they'd just left, diagnosed the problem and it was fixed within 90 minutes. “I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received. The first time was August 2023 because my AC had stopped. The technician arrived at the appointed time and fixed the AC quickly. He showed me the 'old' part and explained why it needed to be replaced. This is when I signed up for their annual maintenance plan. In fact, when my furnace was checked in September, Bill recognized that my furnace was starting to leak carbon monoxide. I knew it was 20 years old!! So I wasn't surprised. Turner's replaced the unit, and Bill made sure to order one that used the same filters that the original one used! I was grateful for that because I had new unused filters. Bill has been back to check my AC unit, in the Spring, and recently my furnace! He is always professional when he is here! I would recommend to everyone to use Turner's Service for their needs.“

“I was extremely pleased with the price and service for the installation of a new HVAC unit from Duvall's. Sales staff came to the house and carefully measured and explained their recommendations. I could tell from the beginning that these are serious folks who take pride in their work. Installation staff were extremely courteous and respectful of wearing shoe covers and being careful with my floors and walls when removing and installing my new unit. Also, upon completion, it was obvious they have great pride in workmanship making sure everything was just write with installation. Communications with the office and installation staff were always timely and clear.
