I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage at Hand and Stone in Manassas, and it was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless.
My massage therapist (Rick) was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic, addressing all my areas of tension and leaving me feeling rejuvenated.
I have been going to this location for over two years now, and could not be more pleased with my experience thus far. Beginning with the manager Sara, she has gone above and beyond to help me in any situation and I could not be more happy with my experience working with her so far. She takes care of her customers and treats them as if she was in their shoes. In addition, my massage therapist Ruth has been the best I have ever worked with. She really takes her time and ensures she is catering to your needs and your preference in massage style. I highly recommend this location for both high quality massages as well as professional and exceptional management.
