I’m super pleased with these guys. My roof was almost 30 years old with bowed up asphalt shingles and rust stains. I wanted a full strip and replace with architectural shingles but was afraid of getting taken for a ride. Everything in the DMV seems to cost 50% more than it should. These folks had the lowest quote and were fast. From initial consult to completed job was just over a full week. No complaints at all. House looks brand new from the outside. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a small flat roof with an EPDM membrane installed by Guereria Roofing about eight years ago (at a great price), and there was a small leak due to solar panels that caused penetrations that Charles (the owner) advised against but did anyway for me. I contacted their office via e-mail about the warranty coverage of their work, and Angela emailed me back the same day. Charles was out the next day to fix it. I was and continued to be impressed by their professionalism.

Great roofing team with a high level of professional knowledge and performance. Charles has installed countless jobs for us shingles, slate, cedar, copper, standing seam, and rubber. Work is always installed straight and clean each time. As a builder I am picky when it comes to roofers and my pick is Gueriera Roofing!
