It is pretty much impossible to have consistent Physical therapy. There are 3 requirements which are doctor's prescription, assessment and insurance approval. When I can get an appointment the therapy is very good. I have been trying to be able to make future appointments. When they say I can I miss minimum one week, because they are already booked. I have tried everything I can think of to try and talk to someone that can comprehend or fix this problem.. I tried once again to speak to a manager I have physically been here since 8 am. I am at Manassas office. I have called Gainesville office. Could please tell who may be able to help with appointments.
I had an amazing and speedy recovery experience with the Manassas team after being in an automobile accident. Sam professionally evaluated my PT needs/requiremenys to reach my recovery goals and then match up with my PTA, Mark, who was incredible and attentive to my pain tolerances to help push me back to full recovery. Esther was so supportive and thorough with exercises to keep me motivated during every session. Olivia easily helped set up my schedule and answered any appointment questions I had. The staff and PTs are so friendly here. I look forward to coming here for treatment because the environment is awesome. It’s clean, inviting and I can tell my recovery is going to be great thanks to these ladies and gentlemen.
