From the very first contact via a phone conference, to the last visit after 8 months of therapy, the professionalism and customer service I received never waned. I suffered two frozen shoulders (adhesive capsulitis) approximately one year apart from each other which severely limited my range of motion, sleep and overall mental state. Life was difficult in managing the simplest of tasks without excruciating pain. Personal hygiene, driving, housework, sleep, cycling, sports etc were all severely limited during the time I was suffering the effects of the physical problem. Everything I would want to share about Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers is very positive. From the first phone call, to the first encounter at the front desk, the therapists and workers, the service, the smiles and especially the knowledge that enabled the therapist to provide me with the therapy I needed most, all worked together to create an amazing and positive experience at Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers. I will never go anywhere else if I have need for therapy again.
