I was extremely pleased with the price and service for the installation of a new HVAC unit from Duvall's. Sales staff came to the house and carefully measured and explained their recommendations. I could tell from the beginning that these are serious folks who take pride in their work. Installation staff were extremely courteous and respectful of wearing shoe covers and being careful with my floors and walls when removing and installing my new unit. Also, upon completion, it was obvious they have great pride in workmanship making sure everything was just write with installation. Communications with the office and installation staff were always timely and clear. Duvall's Plumbing was the best in terms of responsiveness when I was requesting quotes as well. **Note, I had used FH Furr for several years because I was loyal to a technician from a prior company but finally threw in the towel because he was never available. I am so glad to have broken ties with FH Furr.** Also, I am so glad I have found Duvall's Plumbing. I have high hopes for a long term relationship with them.
I've had Duvall Plumbing out twice, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The first time I hired them was to install a smart shutoff valve. This isn’t a common request, but they were willing to do some research and provide an accurate quote over the phone. Their installation was excellent, and they were accommodating about tackling a unique plumbing task.Recently, I hired them again to install a new toilet and fix a wobbly one. I cannot speak highly enough of Duvall and specifically Tyson. He and his apprentice Tom have paid us three visits (different and unrelated repairs on an old house for each visit, not a recurring problem) and each time have quickly diagnosed and solved the issues. They are very courteous and professional, and are always willing to educate us and provide helpful suggestions. We will continue to call Duvall for all of our plumbing needs.
