Very impressed with the quality of service, knowledge and friendly staff, and overall speed. Glasses were done very quickly. We came to pick them up and were helped by Karl. That dude is probably one of the nicest people I've met in my life. While adjusting our frames, he really made us feel like he cared not only about the quality of service he was providing, but like he genuinely cared about us as people. Loved the experience.

Amazing customer service, great insight and help, Karl at the eye center is amazing! Lots of care and detailed explanations, overall maybe the best eye care experience I have ever had!

We came to Costco Vision Center to get my glasses adjusted and met Mr. Karl, who not only repaired my glasses and replaced the nose pads, but also my wife’s without a second thought (he actually just looked at her glasses and asked if she wanted hers adjusted just in case). Throughout the whole process, he was incredibly friendly and outgoing. He was a joy to work with and his customer service skills were amazing. If I could ever suggest a place to get glasses adjusted or repaired, I highly recommend this Vision Center solely because of Mr. Karl. Thank you!
