Had to replace screen and back on my Galaxy phone, and it is not cheap. AT&T couldn't help and Samsung either. Called a couple of places in Manassas mall, and I decided for the actual store instead of a cart in the hallway. The gentleman in the store took his time, explained what happened and gave me options. Very calm, understanding, and that made me feel comfortable. His name is or at least goes by "Q". I will not take my phone anywhere else. Thank you Q.
