Tony and Harry from BMS were efficient, timely and kept me in the loop the entire time when it came to fixing my Carrier Infinity unit. They were in regular contact with me about what their plan was to fix it, costs involved etc and were available to come out to my home quickly.Serena at the office was also extremely helpful and both herself and Tony followed up to make sure everything was working OK. Tony is prompt and professional. I called him at 7:30AM for my AC not working and he was at my house by 9AM to fix the issue, even helped me set up my nest app on my phone that i couldnt figure out for quite some time. We have been using him for many years for our HVAC and Hot Water Heater. When other companies tell me it will be days until they can get a tech out to look at my problem, Tony arrives within hours! Highly recommend him and BMS!
