Due to Quarantine we were unable to get a grooming appointment for our Bichon. After 6 weeks of trying and being turned down because of high volume, I found Barks and Bath onlinand I gave them a call. Paula was great, explained everything to us and even us stay safe social distancing instructions for dropping our dog off. Amazing we got appointment for 2 days later. He was completed in three and half hours, and he looks AMAZING. She did a wonderful job and we made our next appointment on the spot. No more Pet Smart for us !
