I requested chimney inspection but nothing else. And definitely I did NOT ask for the estimate!I assumed that inspection report must reflect the issue and conclusion of hazard and the way to fix it."here is your chimney inspection report" was just a title for the estimate for the repairs cost for over $15,000 (Very inflated and unreasonable prices!)For this price I can build new chimney!When I emailed them and ask to provide me an inspection report (conclusion) - I got nothing in response - silence.They charge me $85 and run away.

We use our fireplace a lot and it was pretty dirty. Called them up this morning and they had someone out here same day. Terry was our tech, very courteous and professional and did an excellent job. I have used other chimney cleaning companies and I could barely tell they did anything afterwards. After Terry finished, the firebox looked cleaner than it ever had before.
