I have been going to this place for about two years. I've had back pain since I was 13. PsychoDad taught me to just endure it. Until it got to the point where I couldn't just tough it out anymore. The pain had gotten worse and covered my entire back even up to my neck.
These people fixed me up nice and good. The first thing they do is take x-rays and identify areas that cause the pain. Then they work out a plan that involves chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy. They have an exercise room where you perform specific exercises that they give you to strengthen the muscles. They also give you exercises to do at home.

For over 6 months of worsening lower back pain, I started to do some research. The pain was so bad that I couldn't exercise and even walk normally.
