Kudos to KKC for the repair they agreed to make even though their warranty was technically not transferred to us, new owners, they honored their warranty on goodwill and came out to patch some holes in the roof that had caused a small leak on the ceiling.

Kirby Kerns does excellent work! I'd give him 10 starts if I could. He has been working with my parents for their new roof and we had a tree fall, he came out right away to tarp the area. Quick, reliable and professional! I highly recommend.

After much debate, time and a few visits with hard sell larger roofing companies, we decided to go with Kirby Kerns to replace the complete roof and the soffits. His cost was comparable to what Nu-Look finally offered us on a last desperate attempt to gain our business, which led us to believe the cost to be reasonable. We chose upgraded shingles and really like to look. We also replaced our skylights to solar ones which are so much easier to use than manual ones and worth the extra cost.
