Everyone I encountered from All County Air was courteous and professional. They were competent, responsive, and considerate of the urgency of my needs. They were on time, thorough, and first class. I was very impressed with their level of customer service. Jessie was quick to handle my calls and concerns. Rick and Cliff were professional and precise with the diagnosis. The three young men that installed the new system were kind , quick, and professional. A+++ THANK YOU!!!

I am absolutely thrilled with All County. I originally gave them a try when my normal HVAC company couldn't figure out why my HVAC system at our office was making a loud rattling sound. I had never had an issue with my previous company before, but even though they sent out their senior technician he seemed uninterested in solving the problem and said he could "try, but it might not work" to replace the electrical unit or something of the sorts...it would have been about $1,000.
