Everyone I encountered from All County Air was courteous and professional. They were competent, responsive, and considerate of the urgency of my needs. They were on time, thorough, and first class. I was very impressed with their level of customer service. Jessie was quick to handle my calls and concerns. Rick and Cliff were professional and precise with the diagnosis. The three young men that installed the new system were kind , quick, and professional. A+++ THANK YOU!!!

I am absolutely thrilled with All County. I originally gave them a try when my normal HVAC company couldn't figure out why my HVAC system at our office was making a loud rattling sound. I had never had an issue with my previous company before, but even though they sent out their senior technician he seemed uninterested in solving the problem and said he could "try, but it might not work" to replace the electrical unit or something of the sorts...it would have been about $1,000. I said no and of course was charged a service fee. I then called All County for a second opinion and was really happy with everything. The technician arrived on time, was polite, was cheerful, etc - everything you want to see. Within about 5 minutes he identified that the problem was the humidifier which had a bad motor and was vibrating against something. Rather than try to sell me on a new one, he simply asked how I wanted to proceed. I decided to just have him disconnect the humidifier unit since we didn't need it. The service fee was discounted due to the quick fix and I was delighted! I then called All County back a few months later for a different unit at the office that wasn't properly cooling and was just spitting warm air out. The same great technician from the previous visit came out and quickly solved the problem; apparently the compressor fan had gotten stuck. I assumed it needed freon (which HVAC companies always try to sell you) but the technician insisted that no freon was needed even though he could have easily told me it was needed in order to make an extra buck. Thanks All County! You have earned all of my business now!

All County is truly the best!!! My husband and I like to work with smaller companies, where each employee actually has a stake in the success of the business. All County is exactly that. From customer service on the phone (Wanda is amazing!), to every technician who has ever entered our home, we have always been confident that we were being treated respectfully, honestly, and fairly. After many years of servicing the original units in our home, we had All County replace them yesterday (at our request...we wanted to replace before we had any issues). They sent out three technicians ("The Dream Team"-Josh, Dan, and Sean) so both units could be completed in one day. The technicians were efficient, friendly, and there was not a trace of anything out of place when they left. Today, when I called with a question about registering the warranty, Wanda quickly volunteered to register it for me! I cannot recommend this company highly enough!
