Manakin-Sabot Veterinary Clinic is a highly regarded practice with a long history of providing excellent care. We have used this vet for almost 30 years. I always find both of the veterinarians to be Very empathetic and caring regarding my pets. They also do not jump to extensive and expensive testing before trying a number of routes that are easier on the pets that can solve the problem just as well as more sophisticated paths.
We have seen Dr. Hayes for our cat and dog for years. She does such a great job and is always very accommodating, reasonable, and great at communicating treatment options. Our dog is a nervous wreck at the vet and she is very patient and caring. I highly recommend!!
Love & trust this vet! Have been going here with my pups since 1998. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure each of our doggies has received the best care possible. They have been compassionate with our geriatric dogs and empathetic and understanding that they are helping family members not just animals. That laugh at the silliness of our puppies, just as we do! Dr. Atkins is hilarious, knowledgeable and kind. Was bummed when a new Vet walked in one day… but it is extremely clear Dr. Hayes holds the same values. She’s a lovely human! Love her!
