Today was my first experience at Lake Forest Animal Hospital. I brought my Chi-Pin in for a nail clipping since he hates getting his nails cut and won't let me do it. I'm not sure what they have going on there, but they worked some MAGIC because he let them do it without freaking out or trying to bite (even though he was muzzled, he still usually tries) so I am THRILLED!! “I bring my border collie Chloe into Peaks View Animal Hospital every other week for a conditioning session in their underwater treadmill. Chloe loves to come. She is always excited to see everyone, especially Ms Sara who is the vet technician who works with her. It is always a very positive experience...for both Chloe and myself.“

“I've been taking my dog to Concord Veterinary Services since he was a puppy, and Dr. Leonard is great with him. He struggles with intranasal vaccines, and she checked with other vet clinics in the area to see if anyone would be willing to give my dog a kennel cough injection without charging an office visit, since we are not looking to change vets. Dr. Leonard always goes above and beyond to ensure my dog is healthy and happy. So thankful to have her!“

“Going to Diamond Hill Animal Hospital and having had my little cat seen by Dr. Dixon is literally the best veterinarian experience I've ever had! Dr. Dixon was thorough, very knowledgeable, efficient, and very empathetic. To make a play on words, she is truly a diamond . . . . First, I am so thankful that Joyce, the receptionist, was able to fit me into their very busy schedule being that I had just called for an appt. that morning. My little cat had a bladder infection and was very uncomfortable. The moment I walked in to see Dr. Dixon, I felt such a connection as she asked very precise questions. Right away I knew I had come to the right place and that my baby would have the best of care. Dr. Dixon took the time to give me much info. on her health, condition, etc. as well as answer all my questions. She was very attentive, understanding, and kind. When I went to pay the bill, I was not "shocked" as I had been at other veterinarian practices. Diamond Hill Animal Hospital has some very competitive prices. I have been to several veterinarians, and "hands down" they are the most economical. I'm sure news has definitely gotten out because when I walked in, the place was very crowded. People did not mind the wait because they knew a good thing when they saw it. They knew their babies (cats or dogs) would be well taken care of and at a minimum of the cost of other practices. I very highly recommend Diamond Hill Animal Hospital. Dr. Dixon is worth her weight in gold!“

Doctors and office staff alike were extremely kind, and Dr. Jean guided us to make a decision for our youngest cat that ended up saving her from needing a very invasive surgery (and saved us over a grand in the process).
