My wife and I purchased a shed from Gerald at the Bedford Location and had a great experience. Best deal on a shed around that we could find. This shed was for a Pool House for our pool and wasn't the exact color we wanted, but Gerald kept us in mind and before taking delivery of our shed another one came in just like it but in the color we wanted. Gerald remembered the color we wanted and called us to let us know this new shed was unloading and allowed us to switch to the color we wanted. Great Customer Service! A++
I rented a mini excavator for the weekend, and, it was a very good experience dealing with Zach. Great customer service and a very nice machine. Would definitely recommend paragon for equipment rental !
One thing for certain dealing with this company and management was undoubtedly the very best. They definitely look out for the little man and treat you like you were a person. I couldn't have been more happier that I found them after so much searching for equipment rental. They were more than fair and honest with you, without the big company hassle and I'll do my best to never deal with any other. I rented a piece of equipment and it was top notch and did everything exactly 💯 the way I needed it done. They kept their word and to me that was gold.
