Got my physical today and can't say enough good about the experience. The front desk personnel was efficient and friendly. I was taken back to the exam room so quickly I didn't even get the chance to finish a game on my phone. My PA, Brenda Kozak was thorough, concerned, easy to talk to and informative. My nurse, Ms. Johnson, was so efficient and had the gentlest touch when drawing blood, even though my veins resisted giving it up, she was able to extract all she needed in a short amount of time patiently! I highly recommend this streamlined, well oiled machine!!
Excellent nurse practitioner, Kim Stead. I did have to wait in the patient room for almost 25 minutes. Perhaps consider allowing patients to wait in the lobby until it's their turn.
The experience with Brenda Kozak was awesome. She showed compassion and kindness to the gentleman that I supported. She included him in all aspects of his health care. Checking in and out was great. Very polite. Thanks!
