We woke up to a problem with our hot water baseboard heat on a Friday morning and called Boyer and left a message to see when they get a tech to come out. Sandy called me back within 30 minutes and had a tech scheduled to come in the afternoon. Brandon arrived around 4pm and was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and said he had the part on his truck, and it would take 1-1 1/2 hours to replace the pump. Brandon had the new pump installed and our heat restored a little after 5pm. I stated he got the repair done by end of the day's quitting time, and he said he normally get off earlier in the day. We thank you Brandon for going up and beyond your normal working hours to repair our boiler and restore our heat!

4/10/23 My seasonal AC service call, Boyers always takes great care of us and our needs. Super great customer service and support! Boyers is great, always on time, professional but real, informative and helpful. From phone contact, Ashley to the Techs that come out they are all awesome. Jay is my usual tech so consistency is all appreciated. Adding this 3/15/23… hot water heater was not hot , lol,11 yrs old, called Boyers around 8.30AM someone here within the hour and by 12:30 replaced with new hot water heater!! THAT in this new era of getting someone to actually service things is absolutely amazing!!! If I could give more than 5 ⭐️’s I would!! Thank Boyers 27 Degree , y’all are appreciated! 6/10/24 - had a kitchen plumbing issue, called this morning and maybe an hour later , Dave , was here taking care of our issue!! Yay! Right this minute everything is running smoothly! Even installed a new piece of piping under the sink. Boyers 72 Degrees rocked it again and at a reasonable price. Thank y’all so much!! They also do all my Heating/AC servicing Seasonally. 👍🏻 7/17/24 : Summer of Heat Wave 🥵 AC of 24 year, great little chugger, got tired . Called Boyers early on 16th and by that evening our bandaid fix was cooling the house. We’re replacing unit and Boyers will do the job. Todd was efficient, told us the cost of bandaid fix which we already knew. Second time with an “emergent” need, that they came quickly and fixed our problem. They also do our checks on heater and AC yearly. We talked about this possibility happening when they serviced AC in early Spring. This has been a possibility for a couple of years. Boyers are straight with info , super nice to have on your side ! Thanks again Boyers Team! 7/29/24 The technician guys came in and installed our new beautiful AC unit!! Woohoo! Everything went smoothly and it feels great to have a new working unit! Thanks Travis and Mr Coffey ! Awesome job! 8/19/24 Once again Boyers to the rescue. Getting older stinks in many ways , fixing a simple plumbing issue is not worth the pain suffered but Boyers is always out as quickly as possible to help us out! Thanks to the ladies in the office to ALL the technicians that help us out . You are appreciated! 9/26/24 My yearly heater check up. As always Boyers gave me the best service. I never remember names unfortunately, because each one needs to be recognized. Never had anyone from Boyers not be great at their job and everyone also kind, respectful and friendly! Thanks all of you at Boyers! Adding again 5/8/2025 New A/C seasonal check . All went well and tech is surviving terrible 2’s with child . Lol! Love all my Boyers folks. Whether it’s ladies on the phone or the great techs that check us Spring and Fall. Even for those emergency calls. No hot water and new one installed the same day. AC died last August in 100 degree weather. Had new unit installed quickly. It’s all perfect for the new Summer season! Thanks Boyers! 10/10/2025 Yearly heater checkup!
