I've switched to this gym about 2 months ago from Planet Fitness. The gym is small but don't take that as a negative. This gym offers quite a bit more for just a little more than PF. First off this gym has a real bench press and incline bench on top of machines that PF doesn't offer. The free weights go to a much higher weight. This gym has dry saunas which is a game changer. The massage chair blows planet fitness chairs out ofte water. Only issue is the showers can use more TLC (particularly the bottom walls). For the money this gym is superb ?.

I have been a member for over a year and it’s the first time in my life that I have been consistent with workouts. McKenna is the best manager and trainer. She keeps the workouts fun but challenging and helps me do more than I ever thought I could!! The club is clean and well kept and offers many extras. There’s no judgment here … just positive vibes so everyone can work on being their best selves ? I wish I had joined sooner!

I enrolled in the six week challenge, ended up losing 21 lbs!. The classes are great, Reed and Carter know how to get the most out of you. Friendly, clean gym. No complaints for my first real gym experience.
