I would have liked to given 5 stars. My exam was quick but effective. My.prescription was very.accurate and I arrived an hour early and seen a hour early so there was no long wait times or.lengthy roundabouts. nice Office. Friendly doctor. The reason I gave four was due to.the lady assisting me with frames.after my exam was very rude and short.all around "nasty" towards me I domt.why but she was. Both times for my exam and to pick up my glasses. Needless to.say I wont be returning there. Hatred that strong towards a complete stranger.makes me.very.uneasy especially when its aimed at me.of course. But other then that issue.ok

Every time I get a pair of glasses with the glare protection they never put it in my prescription and I have to wait another week and a half for new lenses. Other than that great place that provides good customer service and reasonable prices even when paying out of pocket!

I saw Dr. Ayers at the Timberlake office. She was great! Easy to talk to and the exam and contact lens fitting were excellent. Everyone from the front of the house to the checkout were all very pleasant.
