“today I have used the T-Mobile store on the Timberlake road in VA. The service there, as always, was wonderful. I have talked to Sam and his associates many times. They have always been on the ball to try and help with any problems that were capabilities.I also talked to the tech support guys from Maine and another area (Steve) from another state.
