They were so nice! I have super thin nails but it was time to get a new set of acrylics put on and he was really gentle with taking them off. I also had my sister in law and my god daughter getting theirs done with me. They all turned out awesome! I've been to several of the salons around town and they all have their cons. A good amount of them don't fully cover your nail with the product or rush or just don't pay attention, not Lou nails! They were very meticulous in covering the nail and very careful! Highly recommend this nail salon!

Friendly service and they do good work. I especially like the fact they build a reputation with their clients and are willing to try to give you what you want. They treat their clients with respect
