We called Long’s for a water test that needed to be done prior to us purchasing our home. We found out this test was needed very last minute and we called their office to see if they could accommodate. We were a good distance from their regular service area, however they agreed to do it if we couldn’t find anyone else. Long story short we were not able to find anyone else so I left the office a message Saturday evening and they returned my call promptly much to my surprise. I found the dreaded termite tubes in my house and knew it better call someone fast. After getting a couple of quotes, I found Long's offer the best service for the price. The team came out quickly to inspect, and were back quickly to apply the chemicals. They did a thorough job making sure every area both around the house and inside the house was properly covered. The team was very professional, polite and friendly. All around a great experience for being a bad situation. It appears to have done the trick, as I have not seen any more termite activity, and it's been several months. I was happy with the experience and will use them again for the yearly maintenance for the termite control.

Called Long's at the end of June after discovering we had termites. Since I would be going on vacation that weekend, they worked me in quickly and got the job done. Also there rates were very reasonable compared to other quotes I received.
