Mozetta could not have been more helpful. When we found out my order had been delayed she found the wood somewhere else and had it shipped in. She was able to find the exact wood I needed to match my existing hardwood too. She goes above and beyond for her customers!

It's always something isn't it. I overlooked the backsplash when preparing to reface the kitchen. The process starts in 2 days. I live in Baltimore it's two weeks shipping from the warehouse. I call LL flooring and tell them to find me 16 foot within an 8 hour drive. That puts me in touch with Joe in Lynchburg. While we faced multiple obstacles and maybe a few unnecessary rules. Joe remained professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with as he made sure that I got what I needed. Now it will be a minor miracle if Fed Ex comes through.
