Custom Cutz is a popular salon in Wyndhurst known for its excellent haircuts and affordable prices. The salon is busy, so customers may need to wait during peak hours, though waiting time is fast. Stylists at Custom Cutz are experienced and friendly, providing great service to customers of all ages. The stylists are very nice, patient, and take their time to make sure you get the haircut you want. They provide excellent customer service and are very welcoming and friendly. The salon offers a frequent haircut card with a free cut after every 11th visit and discounts for military and first responders.

@Jessie Thomas - the absolute best Stylist I’ve ever had, I used to struggle with Great clips, master clips, and sports clips, and normally the average hair cut cost was $18-$25 before tip added, the average i spent was $25 at sports clips plus a $3 tip because I felt bad not being wanting to even tip because my cut was never accurate to request, i found custom cutz after being disappointed 3 times in a row by sports clips and when I got my first cut it was only $8!!! I was so pleased and used to spending $25 plus a tip that i gave her $8 for cut and another $17 for the tip because she deserved it and I was used to spending 25 or more as is, then as price increases I still always give her $10 Tip minimum, with the cut being $14 and tip $11 I’m still at $25 and able to keep tips $10+ This most recent cut I had a laceration scar/healing from a bad car accident and she was able to still give an amazing cut accurate to best of her ability with part of it being shorter from being shaved to stitch my head, she was careful, cautious and patient with me and I couldn’t be happier I never had a bad experience with Jessi T and l always have her when I go, it’s not about a % amount it’s about the quality, the customer care, and the friendly, caring a conversation that comes with it, not to mention there are times I come last minute and she stays over to give my cut after they’ve closed.
