From the moment I contacted Collins to inquire about replacing our windows, their attention to customer service, integrity and knowledge set them apart. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my inital appointment a couple of times, and they were very understanding. Frank came for the initial appointment and was well-versed in explaining the product choices and removal/installation process. Chris and his team did a quality job installing siding on my home in 1993. Called him to get new pieces of vinyl trim to go around a new patio door. Told me no charge as a prior customer. Still providing customer satisfaction after 31 years. They are great people to work with.

Caleb did an awesome job coming to the site to roll out some white gutters and had all the measurements and materials to make it happen! Definitely would call Collins to come out anytime!
