Thank you Dr. Tuladhar.You are so knowledgeable & empathetic . You have renewed my faith in my medical treatment and care.Nurse Stephanie also plays a major roll in my continuing health care needs.Thank you both so much!I would truly be a mess without you!My only negative is the inability to speak directly to nurse Stephanie .Requests left with registration are not getting through to my provider.This is a huge issue when it comes to monthly medication refills.

Some of the nurses and Dr's are ok. The main problem I have is when a person need their prescriptions refilled, most of the time they do not get refilled because the Dr is not in , and sometimes it takes weeks before the Dr get back in. This here can be dangerous, ppl need their medications refilled for serious medical situations. They need to fix it for when the Dr is not in to refilled, to have someone else there to refilled it. I may have to get my son's Dr changed , because it's ridiculous not having your medication because of this problem.

I really liked my first doctor here, but she was a resident (as are most of them) and I have not had good experiences since she finished her residency and moved on. The residencies last for a couple of years and then once your resident leaves you basically start over and it's like they forget everything about you. Prescriptions I've been on for ten years suddenly I have to go in and explain to some stranger why I need a refill (I had to do this three times in the last year and had to pay a co-pay each time).
