Was so optimistic after my appointment earlier this month which went great. But totally frustrated now. After waiting 2 months for an appointment for my son, the appointment was cancelled today (2 days before he was to be seen) and the earliest they can see him is January. Very annoying no accommodation can be made to reschedule the appointment in a more timely manner since the cancellation was initiated by them.

I have had overall pleasant and experiences with the staff at this office, however have been waiting a week for a prescription to be refilled after calling multiple times following the 24-72 hour expected waiting period. The administrative staff I have spoken to have been very helpful in trying to push my prescription request through, but I am becoming frustrated that I have now had to go a week without my medication because the provider has not sent my prescription to the pharmacy.

Have always found staff friendly and ready to help. Have been going there for over 20 yrs. All doctors have been so good and will take the time to listen and respond to your concerns. I'm glad to have this facility in Lynchburg.
