I have recently returned to the area and this is BY FAR the best experience I have ever had in a dental setting. From the initial phone call appointment and welcome in reception area, to the warm, patient, diligent dental hygienist and finally, to the informative completion and professionalism with the dentist, I am beyond pleased. This Dental office is the worst! After going there for years my grand daughter went for yearly cleaning. The receptionist was on the phone and NEVER asked for her insurance information! After the process was complete they told her she owed 160.00 as they did not accept her insurance anymore. We NEVER received anything telling us of this. I asked to speak to the office manager but Frankie was busy and would call me back. That never happened!!!!! I tried to reason with Marcia over the phone but she was very rude and hung up on me! To this day I have not received a call back! Think twice before going there!!!!!
