My husband got me a package for my birthday, included a spa manicure, spa pedicure and a 55 minute full body massage. I was there a little longer than I fully planned but overall happy with the services, the whole staff was very friendly. The masseuse Rae was wonderful! I highly recommend going for a little treat to yourself!
I went there for a massage a few days ago (I'm not a regular recipient of those) and was kinda disappointed with the amount of pressure I got during my experience. My fault for not speaking up as I have an issue with that lol. I called and they were SUPER nice and understanding and credited me back the money I paid for the massage and told me that their customers are their top priority and that they insist I come back. They didn't have to do that, considering it's up to me to speak up on how I like things and that's a growth opportunity for me. They have my business for life.
