Salem SAVED my hair today. Went to another salon before that completely botched my hair (gave me a Level 2 when I’m actually a 5/6). She was able to IN ONE SESSION get my brown hair back from the dark black mess it was in. She was helpful, talked me through everything, and assured me my hair would be done well. I’m never going anywhere else!!! It could not have been done better.

The salon is GORGEOUS! I’ve never loved my hair more than I did when I left Bloom. Casey is AMAZING!
