“We have been taking our dog to VIP for ~8 years and we wouldn’t trust her care to anyone else. We were initially referred to VIP by our dog’s veterinary behavioralist after trying multiple Arlington based dog daycare and boarding facilities didn’t work out. Those facilities didn’t have the space or the ability to specialize in our dog’s care. VIP, on the other hand, has taken flawless care of her, her many medications and peculiarities, and they constantly show us how much they love her and understand her behaviors and preferences. What really stands apart is their duty of care. During a recent stay, our dog needed an emergency vet visit and they managed it all. They contacted all of our emergency contacts when they couldn’t reach us, took her to a vet the owner takes her own pets to, and let us speak directly with the vet to understand what was going on. That’s stellar care. Our dog is fine, healthy, and happy but if we couldn’t be with her ourselves in a moment like that where her health was in question, I’m so glad she was with them. We have and would gladly refer friends and family to them. VIP and especially Shay and Suzanne are THE BEST. When we drop our dog off with them we know she is happy and safe.“

“Amanda did a wonderful job of grooming our dog! She trimmed just the right amount, did a de-shedding treatment and our dog smells so good and is very soft. If you want your dog to be expertly groomed, I totally recommend The Pet Spa. You will be very happy and so will your dog!“

“My dog Rodeo injured/tore his CCL. I called many vet offices in the area, and Jefferson came back with a reasonable estimate quote for surgery. Plus, they were able to accommodate him the fastest for a consult. Another vet office couldn't even fit him in for a consult for over two months.

He wasn't a good candidate for surgery due to age and Kidney disease, but I get a monthly pain shot for him. The vet we saw was very helpful and informative. My boy is now able to climb steps on his own and has been managing much better.“

I have one dog that multiple groomers complained about, but Marti works with her well, and now Ginger doesn't mind grooming at all. Her place is bright, open, and organized. Marti is always friendly and professional. She loves her four-legged clients and knows her business. Because she is so busy, you need to book well in advance.“

“So we use to go to the grooming room for years they shut down about two years ago, so we started taking our dog to Petsmart we Had a terrible experience there. So we found out through a friend about Brunswick grooming room took our dog chief there for the first time today it was excellent service. I will recommend this place to everyone the receptionist was Awesome!!!! Kristen did amazing job on cutting Chiefs hair!!! “I have boarded my very spoiled husky, who has separation anxiety, at Blue Ridge Pet Resort several times. He is very rambunctious and a flight risk. So he's a handful. But the staff at Blue Ridge Pet Resort are fantastic.

He goes to at least 1 day of doggy daycare each time he is boarded for a single overnight visit. He enjoys being around other dogs, as he's very playful. They occasionally send photos from doggy daycare, and my kids love seeing their dog playing with other dogs as well as being his silly, quirky self.

All-in-all, Blue Ridge Pet Resort staff are friendly, professional, and are so good with my dog.
