“My dog Lilac loves going to the vet. In fact she has taken me there on walks. During Lilac's last yearly check up she didn't realize that she got two shots and had blood drawn. The doctors also find practical solutions if a problem arises. For example they suggested Zyrtec for her allergies instead of pushing something expensive.“

Later, I was calling everywhere to find a place to groom my new old cat, and ended up going here. The staff has been amazing!! My cat has been groomed twice so far, and I’ve been completely satisfied with the cost, the level of care. My cat had some lesions on his belly from pulling his hair out (very dry skin), which I forgot to tell them, but they called me to inform me of them and offered to provide an antibiotic shot and advice on how to help him recover. My cat has been so energetic lately. If you are looking for a vet, I highly recommend going here!!“

Was always available at any hour for any emergency! He took my dog, Daisy, on an emergency on a pouring down rainy Sunday night when she was throwing up blood and had blood diarrhea. Said for me to meet him there within 30 minutes. Charged me only $200 where a 24/7 hospital would have been 3x’s more just for the exam to find out what was wrong. He ended up doing exploratory surgery on her and IV’s and meds. She stayed 3-5 days with him. He fixed her, praise God. He had examined her at an earlier date when she was preggo. Told me get ready - told me what to do. Xrayed her belly to see how many puppies. 2 days later, she delivered at home. He wanted to exam all the babies. He did that with no charge.
My rabbit. He saved its life when it was lifeless. He did IV and fresh kale for a week. Said “no charge!”
He always matched Petco’s /Petsmart shot clinic prices with the ad and their price list.
Love that he does all the work himself with no employees.

He always did my boarding on a moments notice! I sent my friend Joey to him bc we traveled with work and his Rocko needed boarding. I sent another friend on a Sunday when their pitbull’s leg got caught in a jaw trap in the woods and was hugely infected bc they neglected it. I sent 2 family members there to euthanize their cat and another, a dog, on a moments notice. He spayed My female corgi, Angel, immediately upon a phone call when she had gotton raped by a huge lab.
He Always did no charge mail clipping with other services. He loves his job and it shows! He is not always about the money. He truly cares and knows what he is doing! What a wonderful person and doctor!
I highly recommend him and will be going back, now that I am in the area again.“

“I followed Dr Fanton here from her previous practice. She has watched over my senior dog for his last years and was always caring and understanding. She was never pushy about expensive tests, procedures, or medications and even gave me cheaper alternative options. Other vets felt like they saw my senior dog as a cash cow and would push for test after test draining my wallet. My dog Kirby lived a long life until 15 years old thanks to Dr Fanton.
