HVAC supplied me with a new Carrier high efficiency gas heating and cooling system and a Mitsubishi high efficiency heat pump in the past 3 years. They gave me a competitive price and their technicians did excellent work on both jobs, including adding a 220 volt line for the Mitsubishi heat pump. The Carrier AC developed a vibration problem in the external compressor unit six months after installation. Rather than repairing it, they arranged with Carrier to replace the entire compressor and heat exchanger. The Mitsubishi installation had a small problem with the external cutoff switch which they fixed the same day I called. We have an annual contract for servicing the Carrier unit. The last service call was completed to my full satisfaction . I would rate them highly and recommend them as competent and customer friendly.
I was having some longstanding issues with a toilet that would repeatedly cycle often in the night thereby ruining my sleep. It turned out to be a quirky, rather oddball problem, not easily resolved. Enter Chase Scott!! He is a rock star! He is diligent, intelligent, motivated and, if that's not enough, he is kind and pleasant.
