“We had a wonderful experience with this cleaning service! My wife and I wanted to do a deep clean of our apartment, so I submitted an inquiry form on Saturday and almost immediately received an email response directly from Jessy. We booked the clean for that Tuesday. It was wonderful to speak directly with the business owner throughout the whole process, and she answered any questions I had about pricing, additional tasks, etc.

Jessy's team showed up at exactly the time we had scheduled, I gave them a walkthrough of the apartment (highlighting specific areas to be cleaned), and then left to work. They finished everything within 3 hours. When my wife and I walked in afterwards, our jaws DROPPED! They had gotten some very stubborn mildew stains out of the shower and been very attentive to everything I had requested during the walkthrough. We were particularly struck by how they had clearly moved the furniture (and moved it back) in order to get at those hard-to-reach places.

All in all, this was a very responsive, timely, cost-effective, and detailed service. We can't wait to work with them again soon!“

“Area rug smelled of smoke from our fireplace. Owner Tom gave it a proper clean at his facility and there is now no smoke odor. He was timely and also accommodated a change in scheduled drop-off. “We’ve been using the Maids for several months at this point and I would highly recommend their services! They are efficient and trustworthy. My house, no matter what state we’ve given them to tackle, is always left spotless. We’ve never had any issues with misplaced items or things being done incorrectly. Overall, we’ve appreciated every visit (weekly/bi-weekly and deep clean). Such a sigh of relief for busy families!

Edited: Removing one star since the cleanings have been less thorough with each visit. I’m not sure what changed. I’m noticing that the priority is on rearranging things to look perhaps straighter but not truly cleaning (e.g. missed floor corners of dust/hair or entire surfaces missed for wiping down). Now that I am very pregnant, these shortfalls are more apparent when I have to clean after missed spots since I am so exhausted. We’ve decided to look into different companies.“
