I had booked my first appointment at the Allcare in Lorton, VA. I wanted to get a doctor within eight miles of my home, although my husband had recommended someone he greatly respected in the city of Alexandria. Dr. Arriola came with good reviews. Allcare had sent me text/email asking for information prior to the appointment, however, all medical practices I had been to before allowed customers to fill out paper forms there. When I arrived, the person at the counter was rude in tone and manner and said that all patients are expected to do it online. I sat and tried to access it on my phone, but ran into problems. I went back to the desk person was abrupt with me and they acted as if I was the problem. I continued my applications and then decided that I did not want to use a practice that could not respect a customer at the door! I will not go where there is not basic respect and help. I left and have no intention of returning. They missed out because my insurance was good.

This place is terrible. I was going there for a while. Then I get something from my insurance company saying they don't take my insurance anymore. No one in the office said anything to me. I canceled an appointment and they tried to charge my insurance. The people at the front desk do not know what they are doing. I found a really nice doctor in Rose Hill. If I could put 0 stars I would!!!

What is the point of having an urgent care facility if they are booked with appointments??? Waited for over an hour and they said it could be a couple more before I was seen. Left and went to Inova ER and was taken within 5 minutes!
