“We started having strange power outages in various parts of our house. We were worried that we had major electrical problems. We called this company and they had someone come out the next day. It turned out to be a problem with the meter box outside the house, so the power company had to open it up for them. They returned quickly once the power company came out. He is a slightly experienced HVAC guy, and he raved about the service that he got in replacing his unit.I have not had any mechanical work done by this place, but in my search for a new AC unit this group was the most thorough in assessing the problem. They did all of this for free as well. Assessed amperage, cleanliness of the coils, the air handler condition and clued me into some home remedies that I could do to increase the efficiency myself.
